A Note From Renee

I am thrilled you are here and have taken this brave first step to seek therapy! I am looking forward to building a therapeutic relationship with you and to helping you find peace, joy and a zest for life. Talking to a therapist can help you navigate whatever ups and downs life may be throwing your way. Whatever you may be going through, I am here to listen patiently and nonjudgmentally and provide you with perspective, feedback and coping skills.

As a school counselor, I have worked with children, adolescents and their families through a variety of life experiences: family changes, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, gender and sexual identity, body image and self esteem, friendships and social skills, and a variety of academic stressors.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I love meeting and connecting with people and I want to see them living their best lives. I believe in the healing power of therapy and it’s ability to transform our outlook and approach. I became a therapist because I believe therapists are supporters, listeners, and cheerleaders for people who just want to get the most out of what life has to offer!

What I am Passionate About

I am passionate about mental health and wellness and reducing the stigma associated with getting help... because going to therapy is COOL!
