A Note From Chea

I’m so glad you’re here. I know firsthand how hard it can be to take that first step toward meaningful change. It’s not small or easy. So let’s start somewhere that actually matters: getting clear on what you want from therapy. Not what sounds good, not what you think you’re supposed to want, but what would genuinely feel helpful, supportive, and worth your time.

If you’re looking for someone who will just nod along or tell you what you want to hear, I’m probably not the right fit. That kind of space might feel good in the moment, but it doesn’t usually lead to meaningful growth. My approach is more engaged and collaborative. I’ll challenge you in a thoughtful and respectful way to build insight, shift patterns, and move toward the goals we set together.

I have a strong focus on neurodiversity-affirming care, which means we are not trying to fix how your brain works. We work with it. We build systems, structures, and strategies that actually support you instead of forcing you into ones that do not fit. For many of my clients, this often overlaps with executive functioning, parenting, and the realities of running a business.

For people who are looking for support outside of a clinical therapy context, I also offer business coaching as a separate service, focused on helping you create sustainable systems that align with how you think and live.

All therapists will tell you that the relationship is the most important part of therapy. I am committed to showing you what that means.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I find joy and fulfillment in connecting with people and watching them thrive. I frequently get emails from my clients out of sessions, quotes or pictures or commentary that make them think of “us” and our conversations. I like to think that I’m more connected to my clients in that way. And isn't that what you want in a therapist? Someone who feels connected to you, believes in you and understands you?

What I am Passionate About

My clients include parents, adolescents, children & young adults. I opened this practice to support people in navigating the daily realities of life and the traumas that can come along with them. My goal as a therapist is to help my patients rediscover joy in everyday interactions, better understand themselves and move toward a more fulfilled and connected life. I am passionate about what I do and I’d love to help you too.
