My goal as a therapist is to support your growth and well-being utilizing integrative therapeutic techniques and psychoeducation. My area of focus is on parenting, birth worker support and perinatal/maternal mental health, as well as, individual emotional and behavioral well-being.

Our therapeutic relationship is built on trust of your innate healing ability and power over your own decisions. I honor you, as a whole person - supporting emotional, physical, mental, spiritual and relational health and healing throughout the lifespan. Growing and nurturing yourself and your family requires support from your circle. Sometimes, that support comes from professional counseling with a trusted provider. 

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist to help people to find healing, strength and confidence in themselves and their relationships. 

What I am Passionate About

I am passionate about protecting the vulnerable, honoring children and families, promoting legislation that supports human rights and the environment in pursuit of an equitable and compassionate community that sustains us all.
