Join us online for a therapeutic support group during what is usually a time filled with excitement and joy for many pregnant women. The uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic has left many expecting families feeling anxious, concerned and worried. We want to create a safe space that is inclusive of all of these feelings and bring together a group of women that can lean on each other for support during this joyous and difficult time. Due to limited availability in this group, we are screening all candidates to create a group that functions best for you. If you are interested in joining our pregnancy support group, please look over the information below and take the 3 minute pre-assessment.
