Social Skills
High School Circle

High school is a time of big changes; navigating friendships, identity, independence, academics, and the pressure to figure out what comes next. The High School Circle is an 8-week, therapist-led group series where teens can build self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, coping-skills, and meaningful connections in a space where they can be themselves and feel understood.

  • Managing stress, emotions, and overwhelm

  • Building confidence and self-esteem

  • Navigating friendships, relationships, and social dynamics

  • Communicating needs and setting boundaries

  • Coping with academic and social pressures

  • Strengthening self-awareness and emotional regulation

  • Building healthy, supportive relationships

  • Feeling more confident in who they are

What it looks like

The Social Skills High School Circle is a small, closed group where participants return to the same group of peers each week. This consistency creates space for trust, connection, and meaningful growth to develop over time.

Each 60-minute session combines:

Therapist-led support

A supportive space guided by a therapist who understands the unique challenges of high school.

Practical, evidence-based skills

Learn and practice tools for managing emotions, navigating stress, building confidence, and strengthening relationships.

Real peer connection

Opportunities to talk, listen, share experiences, and learn alongside other teens who may be navigating similar challenges.

A space to be yourself

A confidential, welcoming environment where participants can show up honestly, without having to figure everything out on their own.

Screening & Registration

Every participant completes a pre-Circle clinical screening before joining. This helps us understand each person's needs and determine whether the group is a good fit for them.

Once the screening is completed and the group is determined to be an appropriate fit, registration can be completed and your teen's spot in the Circle will be confirmed.

Ready to join?

 1. Complete the Pre-Circle Screening

A parent or caregiver may complete the screening form on behalf of their teen or the participant may complete the screening on their own.

2. We Review for Fit

Our team reviews the Pre-Circle screening to make sure it's the right fit.

3. Register for the Circle

Once your teen is cleared for the group, you'll receive the next steps to complete registration.

4. Show Up & Grow Together!

Your teen joins the same small group each week for 8 weeks; building skills, connection, and confidence along the way.

Screening is required before joining. Enrollment is limited to keep the group small and supportive.
