Counseling & Wellness Collective is a Certified B Corporation™ and not a nonprofit or tax-exempt organization. Teens With Trauma is a separate registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. While the organizations collaborate and share infrastructure, they remain distinct, and Counseling & Wellness Collective does not financially benefit from the nonprofit's activities.
